About Evenwell Health
Evenwell Health is a new virtual clinic for Ontario, built around the hours people are actually free: evenings and weekends. We're opening in 2027 and building our founding team of Naturopathic Doctors and Registered Dietitians.
Evenwell comes from the team behind Alignova Medical, a Canadian online retailer of medical compression and bracing products. We bring the same digital-first approach to virtual care.
The Opportunity
We're looking for RDs who want to see patients virtually on their own schedule, with no rent or overhead and a modern system that makes running the practice easy. You choose your hours: one evening a week or five. We expect evenings (6–10pm) and weekends to be our busiest times.
What We Provide
- Marketing: we promote the clinic so you can focus on care
- Modern tools: online booking and intake forms, automatic reminders, secure video, charting and messaging in one platform. Billing takes a few clicks after each visit
- Clinical autonomy: you lead care, set your fees, and choose your counselling approach
- Collaboration: refer to and work with our NDs, and build programs around conditions such as gut health and perimenopause
- Founding-team perks: first pick of time slots and a say in how we build
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario (CDO)
- Professional liability insurance
- A private, quiet space with high-speed internet and a webcam
- Comfortable with virtual care and electronic charting
Nice to Have
- Interest in IBS and gut health, diabetes and metabolic health, intuitive eating or women's health
- Mandarin, Cantonese or French
- New graduates welcome
Compensation
Competitive fee split based on experience, discussed during your intro call. Full terms are in a written services agreement.
